What is Tracker App?

  • Tracker is a shipment tracking tool designed to help you track your parcels. It integrates features that allow you to track your shipment and contact merchants easily. We have partnered with over 1000 global logistics service providers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, LaserShip, OSM, YRC, SEKO logistics, covering most regions worldwide and supporting the vast majority of our users with our advanced and comprehensive shipment tracking system. With Tracker, you can track your packages anytime and anywhere, and authorize email updates for smart notifications.

How does Tracker help users track logistics?

  • Currently, you can use Tracker to add your own shipments, authorize Tracker to check your logistics tracking numbers by connecting your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, or authorize some online stores to synchronize your corresponding order and logistics information. Tracker will intergrate the logistics tracking number and carrier information to help you track your shipments through third-party cooperation.

Are the logistics information provided by Tracker real and accurate?

  • Tracker obtains logistics tracking information through our partners. Once the carrier updates the logistics tracking information, Tracker will automatically update and display it to you. Please note that all of our logistics tracking data comes directly from the carriers. Therefore, if you have any questions about the tracking information, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly.

How does Tracker obtain and display order information for consumers?

  • Once you have successfully registered, Tracker will assist you in obtaining the corresponding order information from some online stores and display it on Tracker. Please note that Tracker only obtains order and logistics information and does not engage in any transactions between consumers and merchants. If you have any questions about your orders or shipments, we recommend that you contact the merchant or carrier as soon as possible.
