How to use Message dialogue function

Tracker provides the message dialogue function to enhance your user experience, provide you with a way to communicate with merchants in real time, and obtain the coupons issued by merchants in a timely manner. The assistant embedded in the message module will actively push messages so that you can access the waybill information in time and obtain the logistics tracking status. Using Tracker’s message dialogue function, you can communicate with merchants in real time anytime and anywhere, and obtain logistics tracking status and discount information in a timely manner.  

1. Real-time dialogue and communication with merchants

  • Tracker provides the function of real-time dialogue and communication with merchants. You can use Tracker to communicate with merchants in real time, asking about product information, logistics information, and coupon information. This real-time two-way communication not only allows you to obtain the required information in a timely manner, but also helps merchants to understand your needs in a timely manner and provide a better service experience.  

2. Coupon information can be obtained in the merchant’s message dialog box

  • If the merchant has configured coupons, Tracker will automatically display the merchant’s coupon information in the dialog box while you are having an online conversation with the merchant. You only need to copy and paste the relevant coupon code at checkout to enjoy the discount immediately. This allows you to complete the entire process of communication and obtaining coupons on the same interface.  

3. Get information in the assistant’s message dialog box

  • In addition to real-time communication with merchants, Tracker also embeds a shopping assistant function in the message module, which provides you with a beginner’s guide when you first install and use Tracker, and actively pushes you abnormal logistics tracking information for existing orders/waybills. This allows you to have a more efficient shopping experience.
