Relevant order status explanations during the order synchronization process :
- Order placed: You have completed the order, and the merchant is preparing to ship.
- Order canceled: The current order has been canceled due to some abnormal situation.
When the order is in the Order placed status, once the seller enters the shipping tracking number and Tracker App successfully synchronizes the tracking number, we will help you perform the logistics tracking.
If the logistics information for the tracking number entered by the merchant is not yet available, the logistics status will be displayed as “Waiting for details.”
If the logistics information for the tracking number entered by the merchant is available from the carrier, the logistics status will be displayed on the Tracker App according to the actual delivery status.
