Online store order synchronization

After you have successfully registered, Tracker will obtain your order records from some online stores under your authorization and synchronize them to the Tracker App. The Tracker App will help you obtain corresponding order information, shipping updates, and seller information. You can conveniently browse online stores and contact sellers through the Tracker App or via email.

Tracker App supports users to disconnect the synchronization of online store orders. To do so, you can go to the “Account” page, simply click “Shipment tracking sources -> Importing from online stores” and go to “Import settings” to adjust your preferences.

As a third-party logistics tracking application, the Tracker App only helps users synchronize order data and does not participate in any transactional activities between consumers and merchants. If you have any problems regarding product information, shipping updates, or merchant information in your order, we recommend that you contact the merchant for further details.
