Delivered status but package not received

If you find that the logistics details show “delivered” but you have not received the package or the package has been delivered to the wrong address, please try the following steps to locate it:

  1. Contact the merchant and confirm that your delivery address is correct.
  2. If the correct address is confirmed, contact the carrier directly. Sometimes the carrier might send your package to the wrong address or they put your package in the post office.
  3. Check to see if someone else is taking your package.  

Please note that Tracker only provides logistics tracking service and we do not engage in any shipping-related activities with merchants or logistics providers. All logistics status updates within the app come from logistics service providers who provide delivery services for you. If you have checked these things and still can’t locate your item, please contact your merchant for further clarification.
