Why is my order still in the “Order placed” status and has not changed?
- This means that Tracker App is currently unable to obtain the logistics information for your order from the online store. We provide two suggestions:
- Wait a moment and check again: As the merchant do needs some time to process the shipment, we suggest waiting a moment before checking again.
- Contact the merchant: If your order has been in the “Order placed” status for a long time without any updates, you can contact the merchant to inquire about the current shipping progress.
Why does my order show Order canceled?
- This means that the current order has been canceled. If you did not initiate the cancellation or the merchant did not communicate the cancellation with you in advance, please contact them immediately to figure out the reason for the cancellation.
